This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our terms and conditions for canceling bartending services and requesting refunds. Our goal is to provide transparent guidelines that protect both our clients and our business.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date of your event and mobile bartending service booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the date of event. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Bookings are considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
More than 30 Days Before Event:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
15–21 Days Before Event:
If you cancel between 15 and 21 days before the event, you will be refunded 50% of the total service fee, minus the non-refundable deposit.
14 Days or Less Before Event:
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund. The full service fee is retained to cover preparation and staffing costs.
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit. We will also make every effort to assist you in finding a replacement service.
Clients may request to reschedule their event up to 21 days prior to the new event date, subject to availability. The deposit will be applied to the new date. If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.
If the client or event contact is not present at the agreed-upon start time and location, our staff will wait up to 60 minutes. If no contact is made within this period, the service will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide partial refunds as appropriate.

By booking our mobile bartending services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
